Cheeseburger Nachos:
Brown Ground Beef and add:
2 Tbs. Mustard
1 Tbs. Your Favorite Burger Seasoning
Optional- A sprinkle of fresh Dill
Drain Beef and add to your Chips
Cheese Sauce:
2 Tbs. Butter
3 Cloves of Garlic minced
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
12 ounces canned evaporated milk
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
8 ounces of shredded cheddar or velveeta cheese
1/4 cup milk IF you need to thin it out
1 tbs. hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped pickles
Pulled Pork Nachos:
1 package of Refrigerated pulled pork(We like the Jack Daniels one)
1 contained of refrigerated queso cheese
Pico
Pickled Jalopenos
