Here, I take a look at how to properly perform WDT to enhance extractions on whatever espresso machine you might have. Puck Raking, Shallow, and Deep WDT are all methods I've seen employed recently, but a lot of the times, I see them done in ways that actually harm the puck. So, this video is to serve the community of people wanting to heighten extraction and properly perform this incredible technique.
edit Scott Rao informed me he now does deep WDT as opposed to shallow. Recently, Jonathan Gagne ran a series of tests and concluded that Deep WDT is always best. (https://coffeeadastra.com/2021/01/16/...)
