A constant goal that I have is building bigger shoulders. It's the one physique goal that's followed me throughout my entire lifting career.
However, I've always kind of struggled to find exercise that truly hit my delt fibers. Heavy presses and dumbbell lateral raises are great, but it always feels like they're leaving some lateral delt fibers out to try.
In this video, I ask my friend and strength coach, Austin Current, to help me optimally set up and perform lateral cable raises.

Even after filming the limited amount of reps for this video, my delts were on FIRE, and the partial tips were game changers.
I've been doing these consistently for the last few months, and I have to say, my delts feel and even look "fuller" in shirts — and note, I'm not blasting delts 24/7 — only 1-2x a week at the moment.
