We go through all the updates that have happened in Doodly since this video was released. There are two updates that are not included in this section that have happened since and one of those was just minor bug fixes and the other was allowing older Doodly assets to have the rainbow paths. Detailed Description
We review each update in detail to go over what’s new in Doodly. We display each improvement section and what it means for Doodly. These are items that chapters 1 through 9 did not cover in this Doodly Walkthrough.
Version 2.5.7 shows the new search function in for the marketplace bundles that have been purchased.
Version 2.5.8 shows what was fixed with the longer audio file inputs.
Version 2.5.9 briefly shows bugs that were corrected.
Version 2.6.0 talks about the ability to change the color of a word and a bug that goes along with that new feature and provides a video to show the bug that is happening and how to repeat that bug.
Version 2.6.1 Fixed some minor bugs.
Version 2.6.2 claims the bug in Version 2.6.0 has been corrected but it has not as we will demonstrate later in this video.
Version 2.6.3 Adds 6 new 3D Cartoon hands and allows for changing the text color within the asset settings. We show the cartoon hands and provide detail about them. Demonstrates how to change the color type for a text asset in Doodly. We demonstrate a bug that has not been corrected as of Version 2.6.8 in Doodly.
Version 2.6.4 allows for free gifts but makes a massive suggestion for improving the software. Also discusses snap to grid, making ordered and unordered lists within Doodly with and without the new snap to grid feature. Provides alternate methods of lining up assets on the canvas.
We detail out how to enable and disable the grid and snap to grid.
Version 2.6.5 adds new fonts to Doodly. We show you how many and explain the requirements for obtaining those fonts. We go over frustrations with new fonts in Doodly and display all the new fonts available to user.
Version 2.6.6 brings us a much sought-after save as feature. This is a feature that should have been there from the start, but we are happy to have it now. We show the new menu items with the keyboard shortcuts and discuss about the video tutorials in 2.6.9.
Version 2.6.7 brings a lot of nice features to Doodly. We demonstrate the ability to change the font type and discuss the improvement with the glass board use. We talk about features in Doodly that can be improved and demonstrate to new feature with the glass board.
Version 2.6.8 allows users to cancel their subscription within Doodly and it fixed a bug.
Version 2.6.9 brings new updated basic tutorials from Bryxen. This section we allow you to hear the difference between using a script and not using a script. We show the new lock in Doodly for custom width and provide a detailed overview of the new video and scene settings designs.
