Comparing my bench of .12.3.5834 vs 12.4.6716 with this fix shows a 25% increase in average fps in this test scenario.
Used offline mode on Reserve without AI(to limit random factors that can affect fps), I only tested Reserve because it is currently the most demanding map so any other maps should perform better.
