This video is another fun diet experiment where I try Tim Ferris' Slow Carb Diet for 3 weeks. The results are crazy and the diet is even crazier.
Here are the simple list of rules:
1. Don't eat White Carbs (potatoes, rice, sugar, dairy, bread)
2. Stay consistent with your meals
3. Don't Drink your calories
4. Don't eat fruit
5. One cheat day a week to go nuts!
