Living the n Abundance!!! A friend took me to what she called a Co Op!
Free produce! Mostly from Whole Foods. It is put together by Food not Bombs.
I picked mostly squash to make soup! And would like to share it with the Refugees in my neighborhood!
My friend was so excited to make this she even added extra spices and I followed her recipe also.
Delicious!!!
I put in this one:
2 yellow squash
One Avocado
4 garlic cloves
Lemon
Himalayan Salt
Pepper
Curry
Raw soaked almonds
You can be as simple as you want!
