In this video, I'd walk you through how you can be able to add separate custom links or URLs to the image carousel Elementor widget, which can only be done using the slides widget available on the Pro version of Elementor.
When adding/editing the Image Carousel element in Elementor, set the link to Custom URL, and in the field that appears, enter each of your URLs, separated with a comma.
*Note that the effect after publishing is not visible in edit/preview mode, as it can only be viewed on the website's front end.
