Steps to Rotate A Video :
1. Click on Tools (Top Left corner for VLC Player)
2. Click on Effects and Filters (Ctrl + E )
3. Adjustments and Effects filter will appear
4. Click on Video Effects
5. Click on Geometry under Video Effects Tab
6. Click on Transform Checkbox
7. Rotate by 270 degress (For this video)
8. Click on save and close
