FILLER PIE WITH FISH Recipe for a SUCCESSFUL kefir dough for FILLING PIES!
Jellied pie with fish or canned food turns out to be juicy, tender and tasty.
The recipe for a jellied pie has been checked by me many times. Therefore, today I am making a large portion. In the description, I indicated the proportions for shapes of different diameters.
I consider the dough for a jellied kefir pie to be the best, since it is not fatty, without yeast, it turns out soft and tasty, consists of simple and affordable ingredients, and also cooks very quickly.
Jellied pie recipe for a standard detachable round shape D - 26-28cm
Dough:
Eggs 4 pcs
Kefir 500 ml
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Sahara
1 tsp salt
Flour 480 gr
1 tsp soda
For filling:
Boiled fish 350 gr. (raw ~ 500-600gr.) or Canned tuna in its own juice 2b 185g each (without liquid)
Boiled egg 3 pcs
Canned corn 200g. (desirable, because it will give juiciness)
Optionally, you can add boiled potatoes 150g or boiled rice 150g
Green onion 60gr
Dill 60gr
Salt pepper
Jellied Pie Recipe for Medium Round D - 22cm
Dough:
Eggs 2 pcs
Kefir 250 ml
2 tbsp rast. Oils
1/4 tsp Sahara
0.5 tsp salt
Flour 240 gr
0.5 tsp soda
For filling:
Canned tuna in its own juice 1b - 185 gr (without liquid) or boiled fish 150-200 gr.
Boiled egg 1 pc
Canned corn 100g. (desirable, because it will give juiciness)
You can add Potatoes boiled 100g or boiled rice 100g
Green onion 30gr
Dill 30gr
Salt pepper
