Secord Lake property owners looking to buy dam from Boyce Hydro Interview Zoom Meeting
This is the full zoom meeting from the Secord Lake Preservation Association meeting with Boyce Hydro (Lee Mueller). Lee Mueller, the co-owner of Boyce Hydro has been accused of neglecting dam repairs for years. Mueller mentions that the Secord dam will cost about thirty thousand dollars to repair. Mueller explains why the Secord Dam, which he says has had a hole in it for years, has not been repaired. Mueller states “Boyce has the ability to proceed with construction that is necessary to satisfy FERC, we just don’t have the funds to do it, so, if you all are successful in your efforts to unwind things from Four Lakes, I think that you will find a very cooperative partner in Boyce Hydro,”. Mueller also stated that he believes "Boyce Hydro has not acted irresponsibly”.
