This is the video flicker I have been experiencing with my windows media center pc and 6570 graphics card. I did not have this problem with intel drivers like this for the built in graphics. I have used the amd driver cleaner utility and also reinstalled WITHOUT catalyst control center. In addition to the color flickers I also see contrast flickering especially during shadowy scenes where it might go between black and gray. This was a quick example, it can be much worse at times.
