I just got off the phone with a client who all of a sudden could no longer log into their Outlook Desktop 2013 email from any computer on their network. It was another one of those situations where nobody could know. Microsoft, despite their many upsides, evidently pushed down some new rules of the Outlook game in an update leaving consumers left to figure out how to resolve it. Their suggested article is dated in October 20th, 2022 so clearly a recently introduced law ;-)
