Given a function for the force acting on an object, as well as that objects mass, calculate the speed of the object some time later.
Apply Newton's 2nd Law to the Force function in order to determine acceleration as a function of time. Then integrate with respect to time to solve for velocity. Finally, apply the Pythagorean Theorem in order to solve for the Speed of the object.
This problem commonly comes up in introductory calculus based physics courses including AP Physics C Mechanics.
