1. Create one folder inside the app/libraries
2. Create a PHP class file with the same name as the folder inside the newly created folder.
3. Create a constructor in the driver class file and create a variable for valid_drivers
4. Extends CI_Driver_Library class in the custom driver class
5. create a "drivers" folder inside Testdriver
6. load the driver
