Central PA preps for potential Debby remnants, flooding
After heavy storms passed through Central PA Tuesday night, counties are gearing up for another round of storms coming from Tropical Storm Debby.
Heavy rain is expected to move through Central PA beginning Thursday night and last through Friday.
