Steps
To create and deploy a virtual machine using vCenter Server, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the vSphere Client.
2. Navigate to the cluster or host where you want to create the virtual machine.
3. Right-click the cluster or host and select New Virtual Machine.
4. In the New Virtual Machine wizard, select the Create a new virtual machine option and click Next.
5. Enter a name for the virtual machine and select the guest operating system that you want to install.
6. Select the amount of CPU and memory that you want to allocate to the virtual machine.
7. Select the storage location for the virtual machine's hard disk.
8. Click Next to review the summary of your virtual machine configuration.
9. Click Finish to create the virtual machine.
Once the virtual machine has been created, you can deploy it by following these steps:
1. Right-click the virtual machine and select Power On.
2. If you are installing a guest operating system from an ISO image, select the Install an operating system from an installation disc or image option and click Next.
3. Select the ISO image file and click Next.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the guest operating system.
