Where the Toyota AE86 from Initial D is probably now - Assetto Corsa
In the original manga, Takumi decided to scrap the AE86 he had since the beginning of the show. In the anime though, Takumi keeps the car, even though he has no intentions of racing it anymore. This is my take on what the car would look like if it was used as a drift missile. This was all done for fun, so I hope you enjoy it :)
The car has the original 4A-GE engine, as you can tell by the exhaust noise, but this particular mod has somewhere around 450 horsepower, so it's quite a bit more powerful than the stock version. The original car was a Trueno, and the one in the video is a Levin (the only difference being the headlights). Perhaps they had to replace them because of a crash ;)
The game is a modded Asssetto Corsa with a bit of post-processing in Premiere Pro. Let me know what other cars you'd like to see me shred next :)
