Basic Mead (Part 1)

To make this brew I put the following into a 1 gallon carboy:
2lbs 14oz of Tulepo Honey
10 oz of black tea
5 tangerine peels
1 tsp of fermaid-o dissolved in water
1 packet of Lalvin D47 yeast
Appx 1 gallon of spring water
Let sit for about 2 weeks (or until sediment has fallen and there is no activity in the airlock) and swirl 2x a day.
