Take took a look to the five most shocking results in Premier League history the day after the 2020 champions, Liverpool, lost 7-2 to Aston Villa.
Among the results was Manchester City's 6-1 victory over their rivals United in 2011, a well known match for their striker Mario Balotelli who revealed a t-shirt saying "Why always me" after his goal.
United had a huge victory of their own that season as they beat Arsenal 8-2 in Manchester.
Another shock was Leicester City's 9-0 victory over Southampton in October 2019 their biggest win to date in the Premier League.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp surveyed the wreckage after his side's astonishing 7-2 defeat to Aston Villa on Sunday and admitted: "Villa wanted it more than us".
The thumping was Klopp's heaviest defeat as a manager and the first time Liverpool had conceded seven goals in a league game since 1963.
