How to use Outlook Quick Parts

We'll show you how to create a new Quick Part by typing up the block of text you want to save, selecting insert - Quick parts -Save Selection to Quick parts Gallery, and choosing a name and category for your new template. You can also customize how the text is inserted by choosing from various options.
If you no longer need a Quick Part, we'll also show you how to delete or edit it by opening the dropdown box and right-clicking on the building block you created.

Quick Parts
Quick parts allow you to quickly create templates for blocks of text that you use often in an email.
Select New Email -Type up the block of text that you want saved.
Select insert - Quick parts - Save Selection to Quick parts Gallery.
Choose the name, gallery where you want to add this, category (you can create a new one).

Save in option can be kept as default
For options you can choose how you want the text inserted.
To delete a quick part, open the dropdown box and right click on the building block that you created.
From here a new window will pop up where you can delete, and edit settings for the block.
