Summer Perfumes Which Aren't Citrus-Based
You're hard-pressed to find a "summery" perfume that doesn't feature loads of citrus in both the listed notes and the actual scent profile. While Nicola, John, and Adam all love citrus perfumes, they were curious to explore some excellent summer fragrances which forgo the explicit use of citrus.
They couldn't have predicted it, but the contributors ended up choosing scents from similar houses, which becomes something of a joke in this episode. Still, they stand by their choices as excellent summery offerings.
Note: as you may already know, notes lists don't always reflect precisely what is included in the perfume, or even what it smells like. Therefore, WE DID PICK A COUPLE PERFUMES WITH CITRUSES LISTED IN THE NOTES EVEN THOUGH THEY DO NOT SMELL CITRUSY. We hope you'll understand!
