GIS Skills: ArcGIS Pro's Scale Tool
Welcome to Tool Belt Tuesday where we talk about the various tools in ArcGIS Pro. Today we are looking at the Scale Tool, it's a bit tricky to use which I explain in the video. We are also clarifying how to rotate points that are symbolized with a rotation factor based off of a field in the attribute table.
