Kim is requesting that Kroy Biermann’s second divorce petition be dismissed as she claims the two are still sleeping together, with the most recent romp in the hay occurring on September 7th, per court docs obtained exclusively by TMZ.
Allegations of Kim Zociak and Kroy Biermann still hooking up comes a couple weeks after Kroy filed for divorce a 2nd time on August 24th. Kroy Biermann filed for divorce from Kim Zolciak back in May with the date of separation listed as April 30, despite reports that they’re still living in the same house.
