These Chicken Seekh Kababs are simply irresistible – juicy, tender, and incredibly easy to make. Plus, you'll only need a handful of basic ingredients you probably already have at home. Ingredients :
Minced Chicken – 500 Grams
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 2 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala – ½ Tsp
Salt to taste
Onion – 1
Capsicum/Bell Pepper – 1
Ghee – 1 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves/Cilantro – Handful
Oil for cooking
Method:
In a bowl, add minced chicken along with all the ingredients mentioned above.
Finely chop onion and capsicum, squeeze excess water and add to the chicken. (You can use knife or a chopped to do the chopping).
Add ghee and coriander leaves and mix well.
Give charcoal smoke. And let the mixture marinate for an hour.
Shape into kababs and cook on medium flame from all sides.
Serve with mint yogurt dip and salad and enjoy!
