Pinning a Card To Top of List in Trello

Pin cards to the top of the lists so that it doesn't get bumped down when new cards are added above it! Just requires adding a label to the card (you can hide it if you don't want it to be visible), and setting up a quick automation rule that sorts the list when new cards are added!
