1. Идем в File - Settings - Editor - General. Ставим галочку Use Soft wraps in Editor

2. Если что-то все равно вылазит, то идем File - Settings - Editor - Code Style - PHP. Находим вкладку Wrapping and Braces и выставляем везде Wrap if long
