Strat:
Setup the first rotation with Ui and Kayoko on Hoshino,
Then Hoshino → Ako → Himari → Natsu (to clear the beam's debuff) → Hoshino again (in theory only Ako's buff will still be active, you can replace Natsu's skill with Kayoko's to speed up the rotation a little bit if your characters can tank the explosion of the beam)
Setup the next rotation,
Then classic Ako → Himari → Hoshino (wait for the minion to make a step before using the skill so that the AoE can hit all 4 minions)
Setup the last rotation, add Natsu's skill to counter the beam,
Then Hoshino → Ako → Himari → Kayoko → Hoshino
I guess it is possible to shorten the run with this strat by changing a bit some rotations and better rng.
