Commands:-
1)Sharpness 10: /give @p diamond_sword 1 0 {ench:[{id:16,lvl:10}]}
2)Efficiency 70: /give @p diamond_pickaxe 1 0 {ench:[{id:32,lvl:70}]}
3) Looting 50 : /give @p bow 1 0 {ench:[{id:21,lvl:50}]}
You can use any item. But remember to check the enchantment ID.
