We also dive into our settings on the Instagram app and make a simple adjustment to ensure that we get high quality uploads when posting on social media. Finally, we also discuss the different options in the Premiere Pro export settings panels and explain the difference between Constant Bitrate, Variable Bitrate 1 Pass and Variable Bitrate 2 Pass.
