You could buy the Sync from Obsidian or you could use GitHub and Working Copy on your iOS devices to synchronise you Obsidian Notes. Obsidian Sync is going to be easy but maybe you don't use Obsidian enough to warrant to expense of an annual subscription. So here is a solution which you might prefer to using iCloud sync of Obsidian vaults.

Watch how to do this with more detail. -    • Sync Obsidian using Working Copy and ...

Set up the Github repository first. Clone the repository on Working Copy on you iPhone or iPad. Then you set up the Vault in Obsidian, or use one you have already made. From the Share Sheet in Working Copy choose the folder the vault is in.

Using the Shortcuts app you can have Working Copy pull in any changes made elsewhere first before you start to put new notes or changes in to Obsidian.

When you have finished working in Obsidian use the other shortcut I showed in this video to send the vault with any changes and new notes to GitHub. Easy way to sync. Just don't forget to use the second shortcut when you have done. Otherwise you could have changes in two places and you will have to merge conflicts.
