1st Convocation XLRI Online Learning (XOL) 2024
XLRI Jamshedpur proudly celebrated a significant milestone on August 17,
2024, with the successful hosting of its 1st Convocation of Online Learning (XOL) programmes. The
event, held at the prestigious Tata Auditorium, commenced at 5:00 PM and was graced by the
esteemed presence of Ms. Madhavi Lall, Managing Director and Head of HR for India at Deutsche
Bank, who served as the Chief Guest. The convocation aimed to recognize and honor the
achievements of the graduates from the Online Learning programmes, highlighting their dedication
and commitment to advancing their education in management.
A total of 108 students graduated across three distinguished programmes: 63 in Business
Management, 23 in Human Resource Management, and 22 in Finance. This convocation not only
marked the culmination of their hard work and dedication but also underscored XLRI's commitment
to providing quality education through innovative online learning platforms.
