Fallout 4 How to fix 30 FPS lock and mouse Controls!
If you want to unlock the FPS restriction on fallout 4 go to the folder C:\Users\(Yourname)\Documents\my games\Fallout4
Edit Fallout4Prefs.ini change iPresentInterval=1 to iPresentInterval=0
To fix the TERRIBLE mouse controls in Fallout 4 go to C:\Users\(Yourname)\Documents\my games\Fallout4 open Fallout4.ini
Search for Controls add bMouseAcceleration=0 under the last line under the controls heading. Should look something like this
[Controls]
fMouseHeadingXScale=.021
fMouseHeadingYScale=.021
bMouseAcceleration=0
