市建局於2022年5月啟動了九龍城區衙前圍道及賈炳達道的發展計劃，並於今年4月底展開收購程序，預計至2027年上半年，居民將會全部遷出，以展開重建工程。重建範圍內涉及多家經營數十載的特色店舖，重建在即，它們共同面臨著生存難題，有部分甚至會被迫結業。
