For those who want to start PHP Development, here is a guide to install XAMPP on your computer which is the first step you take before you start writing PHP code. You can install XAMPP in your localhost server and then start the Apache web server and SQL services in the XAMPP control panel. After that, you can write your PHP code using Sublime text editor or VS code. Save the code in xampp/htdocs folder and then run the PHP code in your browser using the localhost server.
