I will show you how to add the date picker and calendar in Microsoft Excel using the easiest way. There are tons of videos available on YouTube about inserting date tools and installing calendars and date pickers. However, those methods shown are either complicated or clunky. If you want, depending on your requirements, you can also use one of those methods, but I'm going to show you the easiest method available.
This video is not about the Mini Calendar and Date Picker add-in but a better solution that gives you a way to select a cell, see the date value visually on the calendar and edit a date value in a cell from the calendar and date picker. So, the cell and calendar linkage go in both directions.
You can easily add date drop-down functionality in Excel without any macros or VBA. Insert a date picker in Excel, and it will make it so much easier to review and edit date values in cells in an Excel workbook.
