1. Open Netbeans IDEA
2. New Project(Select Java Aplication for dekstop and Web Application for Java Web App)
3. Set project name, project location(i am using default project location) and package
4. Finish (Wait until build project finished)

See the project structure, if u need dependency in your project you can open file pom.xml and add dependency
maven will download automatic dependency(noted: your pc must connect into internet)
