As you can see, this wall was an accident waiting to happen. Sleepy Joe gave it good push from the other side and down it went. We went ahead and poured a new footing for the new wall. I always like to pour a “spread footing” where the footing is twice a wide as the wall itself. Most walls fail because of an inadequate footing.
