Hey Friends,

ATAC sequencing is used to map chromatin accessibility genome wide. ATAC seq uses hyperactive Tn5 Transposase, an enzyme which inserts short adaptor sequences in open chromatin regions. Sequencing is done by Next Gen Sequencing.
