Hey Guys! Today's video is a COOK AND CLEAN WITH ME. When I cook dinners I want it to be fast and easy! I don't have much love for cooking, so anything that makes it easier and speeds up the process I'm excited to try!!! Pressure Cooker Mac & Cheese Recipe:
You will need:
-3 cups of your choice of cheese ( I used Sharp & Colby)
-4 cups of water
-1 cup evaporated milk
-3 cups of shells
-3 tbsp of butter
-pinch of salt
I topped with bacon bits and green onion
Cooking instructions:
-shred cheese
-boil your shells for 3-4 mins (follow your pressure cookers steps)
-add the rest of your ingredients
-stir & enjoy
