Okay, now back to inner child. Because a lot of you want to know how to know if inner child therapy or inner child work is necessary for you. The truth is, it may very well be. If you're someone who may have struggled from childhood emotional neglect or childhood trauma or childhood PTSD, there is a great chance you may have inner child wounds that need healing.
