A short video guide, upgrading a Toshiba Satellite U840 Ultrabook laptop with a Crucial BX100 250GB SSD drive and an additional 4GB of Crucial DDR3-1600 memory, taking the laptop up to 8GB in total and a dual-channel configuration.
The actual upgrade process is quite simple, and the the Windows 7 installation was cloned to the new drive prior to installation using Acronis TrueImage 2014. The 30GB cache SSD was also removed during installation as it was no longer required.
