How I have been feeling lately? depression? anxiety? mental health? let's talk about it.
In today's video we take a road-trip from Palolem (Goa) to the Beach town of Gokarna, in the state of Karnataka.
While exploring Gokarna, I want to talk about mental health, how I have been feeling lately and the struggles with Depression and Anxiety.
