Dopo il grande successo di "Night By Night", da mesi nella playlist di moltissime radio italiane, Time presenta "Hot Mess", il nuovo singolo dei Chromeo. Anche il nuovo singolo è una canzone pop divertente ispirata al sound deli anni '80, che fa ballare e resta in testa al primo ascolto!
"Hot Mess" contiene tre versioni, di cui ben due nuove di zecca, entrambe ancora più incisive dell'originale contenuta nell'album "Business Casual". Insieme alla voce di Dave 1, uno dei due Chromeo, spicca quella fresca e riconoscibile di Elly Jackson dei La Roux - (le loro "Bulletproof" e "In For The Kill" sono state delle vere hit anche in Italia lo scorso anno). Oltre a questa versione trovate uno speciale remix curato dai Duck Sauce in cui Elly canta una frase che è diventata la chiave portante di questa versione. Duck Sauce è un duo formato da Armand Van Helden ed A-Track, una curiosità A-Track e Dave 1 sono fratelli, dopo aver creato la hit "Barbra Streisand", anche in questo caso si è scatenato, realizzando un remix perfetto per i club di tutto il mondo.
Nel video di "Hot Mess" (GUARDA IL VIDEO), i Chromeo sono una coppia di poliziotti, circondati da una serie infinita di splendide ragazze...presto in onda su tutte le tv musicali!!!
I Chromeo sono un fenomeno pop nato nell'underground. Si definiscono con ironia, la prima produttiva collaborazione tra un arabo (Pee Thugg) ed un ebreo (Dave 1), sono canadesi e in USA sono apparsi anche in un programma di culto come il David Letterman Show.

After spending the three years since the release of their debut album, She's In Control, jet setting, globetrotting, and embarking on an overall sensual conquest of planet Earth, Chromeo headed back to their Montreal lab to put together album number deux. "Hot Mess" is one of their biggest hits and it's inspired by '80's and '90's music.
