Shooting raw and jpeg
If you have your camera set to record your images in RAW+JPEG format then this video is for you.
In this video, I'm going to be talking about what you might want to reconsider shooting RAW+JPEG. On the surface, this seems like a really good idea but you need to be aware of the limitations when you're shooting and save your files in RAW+JPEG at the same time. There are legitimate reasons why I still shoot this way, however, I'm doing it less and less as time goes on because there are other ways of working that are smarter and more efficient. I'm not here to tell you to stop shooting in RAW+JPEG at the same time but I just want you to make an informed decision by stopping and evaluating why it is that you shoot in this way and why you may want to change to store in your photographs in the RAW format only.
