Details about the Envy you missed in Inside Out 2 😱
There are two very thoughtful details in the Inside Out 2 animation. As you know, Envy represents jealousy throughout the film. For this reason, we always see that Envy is lacking something. Her height is short compared to other emotions, she has 4 fingers on her hands instead of 5 fingers, she has no nose although most characters have a nose, and she has only one tooth. Thus, she has a very logical reason to be jealous of those around her.
The second detail is that while all of the emotions wear a pair of shoes, only one person does not wear shoes. Of course, this character is Joy, because she represents joy and she is the most free character among them.
These details further clarify the characters' personalities and roles, giving the audience a deeper meaning. So what do you think?
