Fragile, crumbly bagels with filling for tea. Ideal for Lent and every day. No eggs or dairy!
Super easy to prepare! A wonderful recipe for quick and easy baking.

For 32 pieces (~500g):
- 100ml mineral water
- 90ml vegetable oil
~ 280g flour
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- jam for filling

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for ~ 15 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven.
