The shooting of this clip was made at Kurkino, near Moscow by a former German cameraman of Hitler's in 1965. Definitely one of the finest renditions of this old Russian folk song ever recorded (unfortunately, the quality of the recording is not up to present day standards but the incredible power of Leonid's voice is readily apparent).
