This lecture is a tutorial lecture of how to open Excel. I will also show you three ways in total. You can open excel from a shortcut on your desktop, if you have an excel workbook already, you can just double click it, and hey presto! The third way is to use the start menu.

If you didn't see excel in your start menu, you can go to "all programs", and here you'll find a folder called "Microsoft Office", "Microsoft Office 2010", "Microsoft Office 2013" or "Microsoft Office 2016".

I'll also show you how to add a shortcut to your desktop to make opening Excel simple, using a desktop icon.

You can also find the Excel program using the "search programs and files" from the start menu.
