In this video series, NVIDIA’s Adam Beberg gives an overview of the basic Docker commands you need to know to download and use NGC containers. This video dives deeper into ‘docker run’ and shows how to run containers in the background and check on them by monitoring standard output. He also touches on ‘docker ps’, ‘docker logs’, and ‘docker attach’.

NVIDIA GPU Cloud (NGC) provides access to GPU-optimized containers for deep learning and high performance computing (HPC) that take advantage of NVIDIA GPUs. The NVIDIA Container Runtime for Docker ensures that the high performance capabilities of the NVIDIA GPU are leveraged when running NVIDIA-optimized Docker containers. NGC containers deliver maximum performance with NVIDIA GPUs on popular cloud providers such as Amazon EC2, Google Cloud Platform, and more, NVIDIA DGX Systems, and on PCs with select NVIDIA TITAN and Quadro GPUs.
